These technologies ensure not less than three – times increase of service – life of new drill pipes and possibility of recoverable use of drill pipes with locks which are worn-out to maximum permission value.

Specially developed by the Department Number 23 of Electric Welding Institute named after E.O. Paton Reconstructive surfacing and wear – resistant surfacing are applied to parts of agriculture equipment, particularly plowshares.

The special feature of the flux – cored wire is surfacing on low regimes, which ensures minimum heat input into main metal and receipt of high hardness metal.
The surfacing of plowshares with such flux-cored wire ensures increase of their service-life in two … three times.
